Like so many of our fellow tiling restoration specialsits in the field, it is our duty to help restore and maintain period Victorian, Edwardian and Georgian geometric and mosaic tiling for homes across the country. Unlike more conventional tiling, tile restoration is a specialist form of tiling that requires both understanding of the method of mosaic tiling and also the history behind it. From how to carefully restore original Minton tiles to the full restoration of an original Turkish Bath Suite in a Victorian Baths. Being able to pass this experience on through articles in the likes of the monthly British Association for Modern Mosaic Magazine and other media is a great way for us to both be recognised for the restoration work that we can do whilst also highlighting how valuable these original period tiling features are.
